Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, energetic restoration, and nervous system renewal at Joy & Vitality Centre in Calgary.This immersive Sound Healing and Energy Healing Experience is designed for people who feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, disconnected from themselves, or simply in need of a reset from the demands of everyday life.Many people spend their days carrying stress in their bodies without realizing it. Tight shoulders, racing thoughts, poor sleep, emotional overwhelm, low energy, difficulty focusing, and the feeling of always being “on” can become so normal that we forget what it feels like to truly relax.This special group experience combines therapeutic sound, Reiki energy healing, energetic cleansing practices, and grounding techniques designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create space for restoration.The evening begins with a gentle energetic cleansing using Palo Santo and specially crafted aura sprays designed to help clear stagnant energy and create a peaceful environment for healing and relaxation.Throughout the session, participants will experience the powerful vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, therapeutic grounding bowls, crystal pyramids, and other sound healing instruments. Each instrument creates unique frequencies that interact with the body in different ways, encouraging deep relaxation and helping the nervous system shift from a state of stress into a state of rest.During the session, Eugenia will also provide Reiki and energy healing throughout the group. Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Many participants describe feeling lighter, calmer, more centered, and deeply supported during and after the experience.Sound healing works through vibration. Because the human body is composed largely of water, sound frequencies travel throughout the body, creating a unique sensory experience that many people find profoundly calming. Participants often report feeling a sense of stillness, clarity, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
