Our feelings are with us wherever we go. They guide our decisions and drive our behaviour. Research shows that helping children understand, express and manage their emotions is one of the most impactful things you can do for their future success in all areas of life.

Join us online for this two-session workshop, where parents and caregivers will explore the Gottman Institute’s five-step method for building children’s emotional intelligence.

This course is intended for parents/guardians of children aged 0-12 years old

Dates: Part 1: October 21 & Part 2: October 28 2026
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Format: Two 1-hour online parent workshops
