Celebrate the culture, history and living traditions of the Anishinabe Algonquin Nation at the first-ever Anishinabe Algonquin Days. This free event features performances, cultural demonstrations, a marketplace of Indigenous artisans and entrepreneurs, informational exhibits and opportunities to learn from Elders, Knowledge Keepers and community members. Visitors can explore the Nation’s rich heritage through storytelling, art and hands-on cultural experiences while gaining a deeper understanding of the unceded and unsurrendered territory on which Ottawa is built.
